Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them. However, the following conditions must be met:
- The order must still contain all parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was delivered.
- The product must show only normal handling; damage caused by negligent handling is excluded.
- Products that are hygiene-sensitive must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product must have been defective upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Send an email to info@Harborlane.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- A photo of the product in case of damage
- First and last name of the customer
- Customer's address

We will contact you and provide the return address.
- Never send the return back to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request.
- The cost of shipping the product back is the customer's responsibility.
The Consumer's Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person not acting predominantly in a commercial or professional capacity), you have the following withdrawal rights:
A. Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (excluding the carrier), received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is not possible until the goods are received by you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Harbor Lane Wellington) of your decision to cancel the contract via a clear declaration (e.g., email). The cancellation will be completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Important Notes for Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until the goods arrive, and then you can return them to us. However, you may notify us of your intent to cancel in advance.
To ensure the quickest return process, please provide us with shipping confirmation when sending the goods back.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs arising from your selection of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made promptly, at the latest within 14 days after we receive notification of your withdrawal and the goods.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Important Note
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
